Before your arrival  arrival,we will help you with  information and advice on treatments,, development of  personalized pricing and individualized treatment plan, visa facilitation, information about our clinics and hotels, as well as professional experience and credentials of our dentistry professionals. Furthermore we will help you by  booking and managing your flight and hotel and transfers.

Upon arrival and during your stay we will welcome you and help you in the transfer, hotel, dental clinic and activities planning. We will assist you in your language and put at your disposal a 24h emergency number. Full-time assistance during your stay.

WHAT DO  I HAVE TO DO TO REQUEST A QUOTE FOR A DENTAL  TREATMENT?

All dental treatments can be booked  through our website. Once you have selected what  treatment you need (if you need advice, you can also ask), you have to complete a form and send it in.  Within 24 hours a member of our team will get in touch with you to prepare your personalized treatment. In this stage we will need your medical history and an x-ray of your mouth.

 

Our professionals will contact the clinic that best suits your needs and carry out the  planning of your  treatment. Once finished,, you will be sent a personalized treatment plan with details and duration, as well as a budget.

If you accept the budget you can pay a deposit to confirm the treatment and we will proceed to book the dates that are most convenient for you.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS?

Once you accepted the treatment plan we will  required a  down payment or deposit, corresponding to 15% of the treatment price plus the costs of accommodation and transport, as well as the other services you want to hire. Payment of the rest of the treatment will be performed at the clinic on the same day of the intervention.

In any case, our consultants will be in constant contact with you to solve any questions you may have about payment methods.

 

YOU CAN HIRE DENTAL TREATMENT WITHOUT HIRING HOTEL AND FLIGHT WITH DHS?

Of course. We'll take care of your dental treatment plan and advise on the best options for accommodation and transport, you can hire independently.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY TREATMENT?

You may cancel the contracted services up to 15 days before the treatment. You are  entitled to a total refund (minus  cancelation fee of 40€) of the amount paid as a deposit for the  treatment.

However, the cancelation of the travel and accommodation  will be ruled  under the cancelation policies of our  external partners. We will send you the detailed information upon request or booking..

 

WHAT IF I NEED ARE VIEW/CHECK-UP AFTER MY TREATMENT?

Once the treatment has been finished,, our specialists will give you detailed  recommendations to follow during recovery.  However, if for any reason you  needed a consultation after yours return home,you can send us the reports and we will do a consultation via telephone, email or internet.

We will give you a detailed report of the whole process so you don’t need to worry in case you visit a local clinic once at home.

 

CAN I TRAVEL WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS?

Of course, our mission is to adapt your holidays to your wishes. We can accommodate booking for families, friends or for solo travellers, so you can enjoy your stay in our country.
